The first day will be devoted to Tutorials intended as an introduction to topics of Ellipsometry. Besides the Tutorials, there will be invited talks devoted to topical review and to include recent developments/findings in hot subjects. Further, talks of shorter duration and poster sessions will provide ample opportunities for the exchange of ideas and discussions. It follows a tentative schedule of the conference:
