Journal for publishing ICSE-9 proceedings & abstract submission deadline extended
 

The 9th International Conference on Spectroscopic Ellipsometry (ICSE-9) will be held in Beijing, China from May 22nd to 28th, 2022. On behalf of the ICSE-9 Organizing Committee, we sincerely invite you to participate the conference.

ICSE-9 participants will be kindly invited to submit their original manuscripts to be considered for publication in a special issue in Thin Solid Films (an international Elsevier journal). More submission instructions will be available during the conference. The manuscript submission will be due to July 31, 2022.

To leave more time for participants to prepare abstracts, the abstract submission deadline will be extended to January 20, 2022. The acceptance notification deadline will be extended to February 15, 2022.
