Dear attendees,
Organizing committee of ICSE-9 have received some feedback recently. In order to give attendees more time to prepare abstract and make the conference better, organizing committee finally decide to extend the abstract submission time.
The expiration date of abstract submission of The
9th International Conference on Spectroscopic Ellipsometry(ICSE-9) originally scheduled for December 15, 2021 is extend to
January 10, 2022. The on-line abstract submission channel is still open to attendees. Please submit the abstract before
January 10, 2022.
